Our Story

The Merchantile was founded by Kimberly & Eugene Pak. Kimberly has been passionate about launching a marketplace for as long as she’s been selling. With Kimberly’s 10 years of experience as a pop-up vendor and with Eugenes help. Together, they’ve both been excited about the potential of opening a modern multi-purpose marketplace where local businesses, artists, designers, and makers can come together under a single roof and sell their products to the people of Scottsdale. They know there are amazing small businesses that will benefit from having their own retail space in one of the most high foot-traffic areas in Arizona.

They believe their faith led them to this big idea with the main goal of helping local businesses expand their following and connect with local patrons on a deeper level, Kimberly has launched The Merchantile of Scottsdale for that purpose. By offering a fun, trendy, exciting space that promotes a healthy crowd and a loud buzz, The Merchantile of Scottsdale can help small businesses grow their customer base and provide a space for all to experience everything this indoor marketplace has to offer.
